The MNL 412119 needle handle is intended for use with any of the MNL sterile injector needle(s) MNL 412112, MNL 412114, MNL 412116, or MNL 412118 to provide subcutaneous implantation of an 11.5mm x 2.1 mm glass encapsulated electronic identification tag.

The MNL 412119 injector needle handle features a Luer-Lock ™ receptacle (ISO-594-2 compliant) that provides a secure and expedient means of mounting the companion sterile injector needle assembly while preserving the injector for repeated use subsequent to disposal of the spent needle. The transponder is ejected from the needle by means of a spring-loaded push rod that is actuated by the operator's thumb. The injector comprises three injection molded plastic parts and a corrosion-proof metal spring, which disassemble to facilitate cleaning and disinfecting.

The MNL injector provides an easy to grasp handle, conveniently held and operated with either hand.
